makeup essentials

okay guys. I'm finally going back to my blog. anyway, we all have makeup essentials that we love. Some of our friends can identify you just by your makeup. so here are some of my signature makeup essentials.

1. blue mascara- i hang out at sephora a lot, and i found the best blue mascara by urban decay. it was, unfortunately, 20$. but after a long while of hunting for cheaper mascara i finally found a drugstore brand.

2. eyeshadow- most of the time i don't wear eyeshadow, but i have 2 pallettes that i absolutely adore. There's my neutral pallete, of champagne shimmers and a beautiful brown, and for the weekend, i have an extremely colorful pallete. it has green, gold, blue, purple, and white!

3. lip gloss- ok, so i know its a no-brainer, but i go through tubes and tubes of lip gloss every year. my fav brand is Kiehl's. its an awesome brand. Each gloss contains SPF 15, and there all different kinds. There is just a plain kind, but there is also tinted ones.(there are even flavored varieties!) check it out!

just finished a boatload of homework. in science we're supposed to make a cell model that isn't a cell. So guess what i chose?! An outfit!!! just finished editing the rough draft. It was pretty hard but i think i got it. hopefully i get an A!!!

Trends

Just wanted to tell you guys about some new trends that will be BIG this season. Thigh-high boots are back in. I don't really care for them, they make you look a little slutty, but if you want to buy your own, buy some of nice quality because these go in and out often, so it's good to have some on hand. Sharp-shouldered blazers are also in and i love them!!! It makes the outfit so much more crisp. Look some up on google or instyle. Here's some pics

New Website!!!

I found yet another awesome website!!! I'm in the Go Green Club at my school and I found a website called www.alphabetbags.com , and it has lots of recycled cotton totes with awesome sayings on them. My fav is "dance like no one is watching." They're wicked cheap too. take a look!!! %)

New Ideas coming

I'm gonna try to take my camera everywhere I go so I can start my new idea. I was thinking that I could sit somewhere busy and wait for people with good outfits to come by. I could take their photo and put it on my blog!!!!!! Then we can comment if it's a do or a don't. Feedback would be awesome guys.

10 things NEVER to buy

To kick off the release of my blog, I'm gonna present you guys a list of things no one should ever buy!!!!!!!

1. Maxi Dresses- don't even get me started!!! these things make you look like one giant tube. And when you're petite, it's even worse.

2. Bandeau Bathing Suits- You see a lot of people wearing these, but few can pull them off. It looks like the top is gonna fall off at any moment.

3. Tube Tops- Only buy these when you are certain you are gonna layer them with tanks and such. Worn alone, you look trampy.

4. Rompers- For those of you who don't know what these are, they are jumpsuits that use shorts and tank tops instead of long pants. Just. Plain. Ugly.

5. Mom Jeans- Do I really have to explain the reason these are on the list?

6. Overalls- Only wear them when you are under 7 years old.

hmmm....that's only six. I'll think of more later. oh well. %)
